PROFESSIONAL PROJECT - VISUAL IDENTITY
For this project, my client Yacine, manager of Climax, one of the largest MMA clubs in the Lyon area, wanted a full rebrand. The goal was a modern, approachable image that would appeal to everyone, avoiding a closed-off or exclusive feel. The only requirement was to retain the club’s signature blue.
I drew inspiration from existing combat sports clubs, especially boxing gyms that use condensed, stretched fonts. I kept this foundation but added personality to reflect Climax’s identity — primarily MMA, but also Muay Thai and other combat sports. The design needed to be universal yet distinctively Climax.
The name Climax evokes the summit, the peak of performance. I aimed to capture that idea in the logo, keeping it simple, clean, and impactful.
